This organic sencha is lightly steamed to preserve the unique flavor of the special variety known as Shizuka 7132. Each leaf is individually planted in the field, and the tea requires seven years to mature before harvest. It is a rare, limited-production tea with devoted fans not only in Japan but around the world.
